Return Period
Workshop registrations may be cancelled and refunded if the cancellation request is received at least 14 days before the scheduled workshop start date. Requests received less than 14 days before the workshop may be subject to a cancellation fee or may not be eligible for a full refund.
For materials or products purchased separately from workshop registrations, returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are unused and in their original condition.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The cancellation or return request must be submitted within the specified time period
- Workshop materials must be unused and in original packaging, if applicable
- Proof of purchase must be provided
- The request must be made through our official contact channels
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or that appear to be fraudulent.
Cost of Return Shipping
If you are returning physical materials or products, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Workshop registrations cancelled less than 7 days before the workshop start date
- Custom or personalized items made specifically for you
- Digital products or downloadable content that has been accessed
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered
- Gift cards or promotional vouchers
General Legal Requirements
This Return Policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws. If you are located in a jurisdiction that provides additional consumer rights, those rights are not limited by this policy.
For consumers in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days of purchase, subject to certain exceptions for services that have been fully performed with your consent.
Order Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your workshop registration at any time before the workshop begins, subject to the following terms:
- Cancellations made 14 or more days before the workshop: Full refund
- Cancellations made 7-13 days before the workshop: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop: No refund, but you may transfer your registration to another person
In case of workshop cancellation by us due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future workshop.
Refund Procedure
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Processing times may vary:
- Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days
- Debit card refunds: 3-5 business days
- Bank transfer refunds: 7-14 business days
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. If you do not receive your refund within the expected timeframe, please contact us.
